Yes — Atelier charges $0 to set up your account. You can be live within minutes of signing up. If you need us to migrate data from a legacy system, we'll assess the scope and give you a transparent quote based on data size and complexity. Simple migrations are often included at no charge.
Absolutely. Atelier is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, and we'll export all your data before your account closes.
The trial gives you full access to the plan you select — no artificial feature restrictions. You'll have access to inventory management, sales, memos, AR/AP, reports, and (on Pro) AI reports. No credit card is required to start. At the end of 7 days, you choose whether to subscribe.
We support importing inventory, customer records, and transaction history from most popular formats (Excel, CSV, and direct exports from common legacy systems).
